Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and to compensate our dedicated drivers, we kindly request cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance, with a 50% payment for cancellations within this timeframe. For cancellations after our driver has commenced the journey, the full service fee will be applicable. Your understanding in this matter is highly appreciated.
